Privacy statement

Regulr runs digital loyalty cards for hospitality businesses in the Netherlands. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with personal data.

What we collect

When a customer joins a loyalty program: their name, an optional phone number, and their visit history (stamps, points and rewards). Business owners who contact us: the details they send in their message.

Why we collect it

Only to run the loyalty card: to show a customer their stamps and points, to let staff award them, and to reply to enquiries. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

The business the customer joined can see its own customers. Regulr processes the data on that business's behalf. Nobody else can see it.

How long we keep it

For as long as the business runs the program, or until a customer asks us to delete their card. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to answer them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email hello@regulr.nl and we will respond. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
